Said Abdul Ghafoor Saif Udeen

Saeed Abdul Ghafoor Saif Udeen is the Chief Executive Officer of Star Drones, an Omani research and development company focused on drone technology, AI systems, and modular aerial solutions.

He established Star Drones as a leader in Oman’s growing drone industry. The company launched the first Omani-made drone and advanced national projects in agricultural automation, infrastructure inspection, and AI-powered analytics.

Saeed studied at Waljat Colleges of Applied Sciences. He began his career at Mercedes-Benz Oman as a database and marketing executive, then moved to Reality CG as a senior digital artist. His work in design gained recognition for innovation and precision.

 

Under his leadership:

  • Star Drones won multiple regional and international awards
  • He was named the Most Influential Drone R&D CEO (GCC) by MEA Markets
  • The company focused on developing Omani talent and building sustainable technology

His background as an FAA-certified pilot merged with his technical and creative interests, leading to the founding of Star Drones.

He speaks at innovation conferences and supports Oman’s Vision 2040 goals for technological growth. His guiding belief is direct: “We don’t just create drones. We create solutions that transform industries and improve lives.” This principle defines his leadership—focused, collaborative, and practical.
