About the Role

We are looking for an Omani Full-Stack Programmer to join our technical team.
You will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web applications and digital solutions, working across both Front-End and Back-End development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications and digital platforms.
• Build user-friendly and responsive Front-End interfaces.
• Develop and maintain Back-End systems, APIs, and databases.
• Integrate Front-End applications with Back-End services and APIs.
• Design, develop, and manage databases.
• Troubleshoot, test, and fix software issues and bugs.
• Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.
• Work with the technical team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Integrate third-party services and APIs when required.
• Maintain technical documentation and source code.
• Participate in the development of new digital products and innovative technology solutions.

Technical Skills

Candidates should have experience with, or a strong understanding of, several of the following:

• Programming languages: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, PHP, or comparable languages.
• Frontend development: Modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks and libraries such as React, React Native, or equivalent technologies.
• Backend development: Development of web applications, APIs and backend services using relevant frameworks and technologies.
• APIs: RESTful API design, development, integration and consumption.
• Architecture: Understanding of microservices, service-oriented architectures, or other distributed application architectures.
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, or other relational database systems.
• Software engineering: Object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, design patterns, debugging, testing and version control.
• Development practices: Git and collaborative software development workflows.
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, CI/CD, automated testing, message queues, caching, or other modern development practices is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing complete web-based applications.
• Experience with AI, IoT, robotics, UAV/drone systems, or digital transformation is an advantage.
